Shipping and Delivery Policy

This shipping and delivery policy (“Shipping and Delivery Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of any items you purchase through a Rubyera website. This Shipping and Delivery Policy is subject to the Terms of Use for the Rubyera website on which you made your purchase.
Items are shipped via delivery companies and arrive in 5-7 business days. We currently to not offer overnight or expedited shipping online.
Applicable shipping charges for your order will be provided prior to you completing your purchase.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy is subject to change without notice. The version of this Shipping and Delivery Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your purchase. Rubyera recommends you print or otherwise retain a copy of this Shipping and Delivery Policy at the time of your purchase.

Return Policy

Only items bought at the MRP are eligible for return. The items returned must be in unused or unwashed conditions. If the product has a manufacturing fault, only then, it will be accepted for return. For the return to take place, customers may follow the right method, which is by completing by sending email at care@rubyera .com along with the order id, product picture, Invoice copy in attachment. Kindly email us and give the information of the products you want to return, prior to the process, so that we can keep a track of your requirements and carry on the process, smoothly.

Rubyera  reserves the right to determine whether a product actually has a manufacturing defect and whether it is eligible for return. If considered faulty, we will take care of the return process as soon as possible for your convenience.

Kindly Note
· Rubyera is not responsible for a delay in delivery

· A copy of the bill and your postage receipt is mandatory for the return process. We will take care of the postage charges in case the product is identified as faulty.

· Rubyera will not be responsible for the loss of any product. We, therefore, request you to kindly use the services of a reputed postal company to avoid such inconvenience

· If cancelled or modified up to 1 days before date of despatch, no fee will be charged.

· If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

· Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was made within 10 working days.
